図、第3図は磁気リラクタ10の平面形状を示す
図、第4図は内燃機関点火用配電器の縦断面図で
ある。 図において、1は配電器ハウジング、2は配電
器キヤツプ、3はシヤフト、4は遠心進角機構、
5は進角スリーブ、6は配電ロータ、7は真空進
角機構、8は真空進角盤、9は点火時期検出セン
サ、10は磁気リラクタ、11は非磁性体管、1
6は磁性体の粉末、17は非磁性体の粉末である
。なお、各図面中同一符号は同一または相当部分
を示す。
2図は第1図のものを製造する方法の一例を示す
図、第3図は磁気リラクタ10の平面形状を示す
図、第4図は内燃機関点火用配電器の縦断面図で
ある。 図において、1は配電器ハウジング、2は配電
器キヤツプ、3はシヤフト、4は遠心進角機構、
5は進角スリーブ、6は配電ロータ、7は真空進
角機構、8は真空進角盤、9は点火時期検出セン
サ、10は磁気リラクタ、11は非磁性体管、1
6は磁性体の粉末、17は非磁性体の粉末である
。なお、各図面中同一符号は同一または相当部分

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内燃機関の回転につれて回転する磁気リラ
クタ、およびこの磁気リラクタと協働して信号を
発生するセンサを備え、前記磁気リラクタの内径
部には非磁性体の管が配置されている内燃機関点
火用配電器において、前記磁気リラクタと前記非
磁性体の管とを一体的に焼結したことを特徴とす
る内燃機関点火用配電器。 (2) 磁気リラクタおよび非磁性体の管はそれぞ
れ粉末体から同時に焼結してなる実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項記載の内燃機関点火用配電器。
