Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 懸濁液中の砂を沈降させ上方に向けて開放
    した沈降タンク１と、該沈降タンク１内に回転自
    在に設けられ砂を移送するためのスクリユーコン
    ベア２と、このスクリユーコンベア２で移送され
    た砂を受入れ掻き上げるバケツト３と、バケツト
    ３から落下される砂を沈降タンク１外に導出する
    排出シユート４とを備えた砂分級機において、前
    記バケツト３から落下する砂を受け入れられ、内
    周に放射状に掻上羽根２１を設けた回転ドラム２
    ０と、該回転ドラム２０から前記沈降タンク１へ
    原水を返流するオーバーフロー部２２を回転ドラ
    ム２０に設けて、前記沈降タンク１に連接配備し
    たことを特徴とする砂分級機。 (2) 前記回転ドラム２０が、転動ローラ２４で
    支承され外周を弾性リング２０１で構成し、その
    外周の下方部並びに上方部にそれぞれ振動を与え
    る起振部６，６′を備えたドラムである実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の砂分級機。 (3) 前記オーバーフロー部２２が、開口端２２
    １    のある円錐又は角錐の錐状筒体であつて、沈降
    砂を前記掻上羽根２１側へ移送させ、かつ開口端
    ２２１を沈降タンク１内に位置させたものである
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の
    砂分級機。 (4) 前記回転ドラム２０が、該回転ドラム２０
    内に洗浄用水を導入する給水管２３と回転ドラム
    ２０の外周に駆動用チエンホイール２５と回転支
    承用のタイヤ２６とを備え、かつ排出シユート２
    ７を配備しているものである実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１〜３項のいずれか一つの項記載の砂分級
    機。
