Claims (1)
- 燻乾室１の１端に、燻煙含有熱風、外気、循環
排気を適宜調節して混合する調整室２と、その混
合空気を送風する送風機３と、送風をバーナー５
により加熱する熱交換室７を連設し、他端には、
下部に排熱風を適宜排出する排気口８を設け上部
に調整室２へ接続する循環ダクト１０を配設した
燻乾装置において、これら一連の燻乾装置を既設
魚類乾藻装置１２の上段に設置し、調整室２は排
気導入ダクト１４により既設魚類乾燥装置１２の
排気側１３に直結すると共にダンバー１５を有す
る外気吸入口１６を設け、熱交換室４と燻乾室１
の間に燻乾室内の高さ温度分布を均一化するため
の多孔板１１を設けてなる魚類燻乾装置。
