Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 １１旦及皇±」 本発明は放送プログラムの記録管理装置に係り、特に放
送プログラムの内容を検出してＴＶまたはオーディオラ
ジオ製品の一部分へその内容をディスプレイして、使用
者がのぞむプログラムが放送されているチャネルに自動
チューニングし、長いプログラムの録画時中に挿入され
る広告放送などは録画されないようにして放送チャネル
の管理または録画テープの経済的な利用及び現代のエン
トロピ（不必要な動作また対話及び情報による不要の程
度）を減少させるのに適当するようにしたＴＶ／ラジオ
のプログラム内容の検出及びのぞむチャネルの自動チュ
ーニングとＶＣＲ録画時のテープ管理回路に関するであ
る。
魚、、！ＩＬ！！２ＪＬ旦 従来には使用者が、どれか一つのチャネルを固定させて
視聴しているとき他のチャネルのもっとよい内容を逃が
すおそれがあったしまたは使用者が、いやがる放送を避
けるためにチャネルをあちこちまわさなければならない
不便もあった。又　映画のように長いプログラムの録画
時の中間に挿入される広告を避けることがてきなくチャ
ネルの管理や録画に多くの問題点があった。
え１立１ｊ 本発明は上記の問題点を改善させるように案出されたの
で放送局のプログラムの内容をその特性別に検出して使
用者の趣向によって順位別にメモリされた信号によって
チャネルを自動チューニングされるようにして、同時に
ＶＣＲで録画時ほかの特性の信号が入力される時ｖＣＲ
のテープをコントロール録画停止または録画再開して、
放送プログラムをのぞむプログラムかあるチャネルに自
動チューニングされるようにしたのである。
１１班二重」 以下、その技術構成を添附された図面について説明する
。
第１図は本発明によるＴＶ／ラジオの放送プログラム検
出及びチャネル選択自動チューニングとＶＣＲ録画録画
−テープ管理回路体ブロック構成図をあられすもので、
その構成をみると放送局番々のすべてのチャネル信号（
プログラム）の内容を検出するチャネル信号検出部（１
ンか通常のＴＶ高周波増ＩＩｌ！回路に接続されている
。同時に使用者の望むプログラムの特性をメモリさせる
プログラム特性メモリ部（２）とチャネル別にプログラ
ムをディスプレイするチャネル別のディスプレイ回路（
３）が含まれている。
上記チャネル別ディスプレイ回路（３）はディスプレイ
（４）に接続されると共にプログラム特性メモリ部（２
）へも接続されて、そしてブロクラム特性メモリ部（２
）は自動チューニング回路（５）と接続されている。ま
た自動チューニング回路（５）は局部発振部に接続され
、 −・方ブロクラム特性メモリ（２）はＶＣＲ録画コント
ロール部（６）を通じて通常のＶＣＲＣタモ駆動部に接
続されて構成されるものである。その動作状態及び作用
効果を添附された図面について説明すると次のようであ
る。
放送局電波が、アンテナにとらえられてこの電波のプロ
クラム内容をチャネル信号検出部（１）に特性別（たと
えば：映画、ニュース、ドラマ、ショー、広告等　−−
−−−−）として検出してこの信号をプログラム特性メ
モリ部（２）に送る。そして使用者の趣向によってメモ
リされたものと比較してその優先順位を決定してその決
定されたチャネルのチューニングのために自動チューニ
ング回路にコントロール信号を印加させる。
そして自動チューニング回路（５）の出力信号はＴＶの
局部発振を駆動させて自動チューニングするようにする
。または上記チャネル信号検出部（１）の出力信号はチ
ャネル別ディスプレイ回路（３）を通じてディスプレイ
（４）に現れて視費的にみせられることによって、第２
図（Ｄ）にメモリされた内容により優先選択することか
できる遠隔調整によるリモコン信号を通常の局部発振回
路へ印加する。
そして一つのプログラムの内容たけを録画する時チャネ
ル信号検出６１（１）からその特性か■ラインにプロク
ラム特性メモリ部（２）に印加されるとプログラム特性
メモリ部（２）の出力コントロール信号がＶＣＲ録画コ
ントロール部（６）に印加されてＶＣＲのＣタモ駆動部
を駆動させるようにしてＶＣＲのテープをコントロール
してテープの録画管理を実行するようになる。
上記の動作状態を例を上げて説明すると次のようである
。
現在各チャネルの放送局に表１のようなプログラムが、
放送されているとして、そして第１図のプログラム特性
メモリ部（２）には使用者かさためたチューニングの優
先順位が表２のようになっていると仮定しよう。

記のような状態でＴＶをオン（ＯＮ）させればＴＶはチ
ャネル２を先ず選択して視聴者が映画をみえるになる。
ところでこの映画の一部が終了して広告が放送され始め
るとＴＶはチャネル４に自動チューニング調節されて視
聴者はショーをみるようになり、チャネル２の広告が終
了して映画二部かはしまる時にはチャネＪし４からチャ
ネＪし２に自動チューニングされて映画をみるようにな
る。
そしてチャネル２の映画か完全におわったらプロクラム
特性メモリ部（２）の優先順位によってまたチャネル４
に自動チューニングされてショーが画面に現われるよう
になるここに映画録画時にはチャネル４にとりかえられ
ても録画がならないようにしたが、チャネル２にさらに
チューニングされば録画を再開する。
第２図は本発明によるシステムのＴＶセト動作説明図を
示したもので、プログラム特性メモリ部（２）にメモリ
されている初期の状況（Ａ）（Ｂ）と現在放送局に放送
されている状況（Ｃ）をあられしていて、これによるＴ
Ｖの外観を（Ｄ）にあられしている。
上記にはＴＶとＶＣＲの場合だけを説明したが、これは
音ｓｍ器にも広く適用することかできるのである。した
がって本発明によるＴＶ／ラジオの放送プログラム検出
及びチャネル選択自動チューニングとＶＣＲＭ画時テー
プ管理ゝ回路は以上の説明のように放送局のプログラム
内容をその特性別に検出して使用者の趣向について順位
別にメモリされた信号によってチャネルを自動チューニ
ングされるようにして、またはＶＣＲとして録画する時
には他の特性の信号か入力される時にＶＣＲテープをコ
ントロール録画停止または録画再開して、効率的なチャ
ネル管理と現代のようにエントロピがたがい社会に住む
使用者たちのエントロピをおさえてやり録画テープの経
済的利用におおきい効果をもつようになる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 ＴＶ及びＶＣＲ回路において、全チャネルのプログラム
    特性をチャネル信号検出部（１）によってチェックして
    プログラム特性メモリ部（２）に使用者の趣向によって
    メモリされたのとくらべてその優先順位によってプログ
    ラムを画面でディスプレイして、そのディスプレイされ
    るプログラムが終ったら次の順番のプログラムが、放送
    されているチャネルに自動チューニングされるように構
    成して、 ＶＣＲ録画の時には異なる特性の信号によってプログラ
    ム特性メモリ部（２）からＶＣＲ録画コントロール部（
    ６）へコントロール信号を印加する放送プログラムを検
    出してのぞむプログラムのチャネルに自動チューニング
    されるように構成することを特徴とするＴＶ／ラジオの
    放送プログラム検出及びチャネル選択自動チューニング
    とＶＣＲ録画時のテープ管理回路。
