Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、アーマチュアアッセンブリ、特に、ワイヤロ
ー付部が段付になっている段付アーマ。
チュアアッセンブリ関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来のアーマチュアアッセンブリは、ワイヤロー付部が
フラットであり、ロー付アセンブリを行なう時に位置出
しが困難であり、接触面積が小さいためにワイヤの剥れ
が発生し易く、ロー付の際にワイヤに直接熱が加わって
しまうためにワイヤが熱影響により折れ易くなっていた
。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
このように上述した従来のアーマチュアアセンブリは、
ワイヤの剥れが熱による折損を発生しやすいという欠点
があった。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明の段付アーマチュアアッセンブリは、ワイヤロー
付部が段付になっているアーマチュアを用いてアーマチ
ュアアッセンブリを行なうことにより構成される。
〔実施例〕
次に、本発明の実施例について、図面を参照して説明す
る。
第１図は本発明の一実施例を示す斜視図、第２図は第１
図に示す段付アーマチュアの拡大斜視図、第３図は第１
図に示す実施例のアセンブリ時の状態を示す斜視図であ
る。
第１図〜第３図に示す（段付アーマチュアアセンブリに
おいて、段付アーマチュアｌにワイヤ２をロー剤３を用
いてアッセンブリされている。この段付アーマチュア１
は先端の段差にワイヤ２がセットされる。
第３図は第１図に示す実施例のアッセンブリ時の状態を
示す斜視図で段付７−マチ：Ｌ７１０セットされたワイ
ヤ２の裏側より、ロー行用熱４を図示方向より加えロー
剤３を溶かしてアッセンブリを行なう。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明の段付アーマチュアアセンブリは、アーマチュア
のワイヤロー付部が段付になっているアーマチュアを用
いてアッセンブリを行なうことによりワイヤとアーマチ
ュアの位置出しが容易に行なえアーマチュアとロー剤と
の接触面積も大きくできるため剥れにくくアーマチュア
の内側から゛　　くすることができるという効果がある
。

  1. ワイヤと、前記ワイヤを段付になっているワイヤロー付
    部にロー付する段付アーマチュアとを含むことを特徴と
    する段付アーマチュアアッセンブリ。
