Claims (1)
- ロボツトの手首に取付けられる上部フレームに
設けられた一対のガイド軸受と、この両ガイド軸
受に軸装された下部フレームと一体をなす各ガイ
ド杆と、上記上部フレームの中程に立設されて上
記下部フレームに連結した昇降シリンダー装置と
、この下部フレームの一端部に付設された固定側
把持部と、上記下部フレームの側面に貼設された
リニアモータのスケールと、このスケールに位置
した上記下部フレームの側面に摺動自在に設けら
れたリニアモータのスライダと、このスライダに
付設された可動側把持部とを具備したことを特徴
とするワーク把持装置。
