前記封止体周縁部の前記圧電振動子電極リード部
との交差部を所定面積だけ切り欠き、前記電極リ
ード部を露出させ、前記切り欠き部を有する縁端
部を金属製リード部材に嵌入すると共に、これと
前記電極リード部とを電気的に接続したことを特
徴とする圧電振動子等の構造。 (2) 圧電振動子等をその両面又は片面の全周縁
部に於いて密封する封止体と一体化させると共に
前記封止体周縁部の前記圧電振動子電極リード部
との交差部を所定面積だけ切り欠き、前記電極リ
ード部を露出させ、少なくとも前記切り欠き部を
有する縁端部に導電性接着剤を付着することによ
つて前記電極リード部と外部回路との電気的接続
面を形成したことを特徴とする圧電振動子等の構
造。 (3) 前記圧電振動子等素板内部に所要のスリツ
トを形成し、該スリツトによつて包囲される中心
部分に電極を付着したことを特徴とする実用新案
