Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid necessity to form fetching electrodes of a piezo-vibrator on the vibrator case by exposing the fetching electrodes to the external of the case. CONSTITUTION:Oscillating board 7 is held between box-type cases 8 and 9. Since the length of cases 8 and 9 is formed shorter than that of oscillating board 7, fetching electrodes 10 and 11 attached to the surface of oscillating board 7 are exposed to the external. Therefore, fetching electrodes 10 and 11 are used for connection with external circuits.
