じ込め形厚み振動モードを用いるフィルタの分割電極お
よびアース電極を設けるとともに上記分割電極の二つお
よびアース電極に夫々導通するコンデンサ電極を設け、
これら分割電極およびアース電極から夫々上記圧電基板
の周縁に引出電極を引き出してなる初段フィルタユニッ
トと、該初段フィルタユニットにおいていま一つの分割
電極およびアース電極に夫々導通するコンデンサ電極を
さらに設けてなる中間段フィルタユニットと、上記初段
フィルタユニットと同一の電極構成を有する終段フィル
タユニットと、絶縁性の外装板とからなるチップ形圧電
フィルタであって、上記外装板を最外側に配し、上記初
段フィルタユニット、中間段フィルタユニットおよび終
段フィルタユニットを重ねて各々の重なり面を接着剤で
少くとも上記分割電極およびアース電極の上部に間隔を
おいて接着し、その外周面に上記引出電極に導通して初
段フィルタユニット、中間段フィルタユニットおよび終
段フィルタユニットをこの順に縦続接続して3段フィル
タとする接続電極を形成するとともに、該3段フィルタ
の入力端子、出力端子およびアース端子を上記外周面に
形成したことを特徴とするチップ形圧電フィルタ。
