Claims (1)
形成してなるエネルギー閉じ込め形の圧電共振子におい
て、上記部分電極から圧電基板の周縁に引出電極を引き
出し、上記両主面に部分電極とその近傍を残して塗布し
た導電接着剤により圧電基板の主面に部分電極との間に
間隙を残して夫々金属板を貼り付け、これら金属板に夫
々リード端子を取り付けるようにしたことを特徴とする
