極３を構成するに、帯板状の良電導性金属箔３Ａ
の片面に電気絶縁性粘着剤層３Ｂを塗布形成する
とともに、前記金属箔３Ａの長手方向一端寄り位
置に前記粘着剤層３Ｂを貫いて突出するばり３ａ
を打抜き形成したテープから構成し、このテープ
陽電極３を、前記打抜きばり３ａが前記圧電素子
２の非重合面２Ａに接触する状態で該圧電素子２
と前記金属板１の外周部又はその近くの位置とに
