Claims (1)
端子板を固定し、端子板に取付けた一方端子を圧電素子
とリード線で接続し、他方端子とアルミケースを電気的
に接続した超音波送受波器において、アルミケースの内
周面に金属メッキ層を施し、端子板の外面に他方端子と
導通させる電極を設け、アルミケースの金属メッキ層と
端子板の電極を接続する半田付によってアルミケースに
