Claims (1)
振動基板に貼り付けてなる圧電振動子と、前記両
面の電極にそれぞれ接続された二つの外部端子を
有する端子板とを備えた圧電形電気音響変換器に
おいて、前記金属振動基板は周縁部が中央部分よ
り凸出するように前記中央部分に凹陥部が形成さ
れ、この凹陥部に前記圧電材が貼り付けられ、前
記金属振動基板上の前記圧電材が貼り付けられた
部分以外の少なくとも一部分の面に絶縁層が施さ
れるとともに前記両面の内の一方の電極とは異な
る他方の電極から前記絶縁層上まで導電層が施さ
れ、前記端子板は平面状に形成され、前記端子板
の一方の面には前記二つの外部端子の一方に接続
された導電パターンが被着され、前記端子板の他
方の面には前記二つの外部端子の他方の外部端子
を一体化し中心部に穴のあいたリング状の金属板
が接合され、前記圧電振動子と前記端子板とを積
み重ねた後これらをかしめ結合するための金属カ
