、前記圧電材の他方の電極から前記金属振動基板
の外周部に至る表面上に絶縁層を形成するととも
に該圧電材の他方の電極を前記金属振動基板の外
周部表面に引き出す引き出し電極を該絶縁層上に
金属箔にて形成し、前記圧電振動子の引き出し電
極と前記端子板の一方の導電パターンを接合する
とともに、前記金属振動基板の外周部と前記端子
板の他方の導電パターンとを接合せしめたことを
