Claims (1)
交差電極が形成された表面波用圧電板と、該表面
波用圧電板を一方の板面の中央部に固着する絶縁
基板と、該絶縁基板の中央部表面から他方の板面
に延出し前記入出力用の交差電極の共通電位とな
る一方と電気的に接続するアース用導電膜と、前
記絶縁基板の両端側の外周に形成され前記入出力
用の交差電極の他方のと電気的に接続する入出力
用導電膜とからなることを特徴とする弾性表面波
