1は金属振動基板、2は圧電素子、3a,3b
は同、電極、6は端子板、7a,7bは第1、第
2の導電部、8a,8bは第1、第2の端子、9
は導電層、10はリード導体、11はリング状絶
縁体である。

ード導体10を取り付けた金属振動基板1と、一
方の面に第1、第2の端子8a,8bにそれぞれ
接続された第1、第2の導電部7a,7bを形成
した端子板6とを具備する圧電型電気音響変換器
において、上記金属振動基板1の周縁部と上記リ
ード導体10との間にリング状絶縁体11を介在
させ、かつ、当該リング状絶縁体11に断面コ形
の導電層9を形成するとともに、当該導電層9を
上記金属振動基板1の周縁部に接触させて当該金
属振動基板1と上記端子板6とを重ね合わせ、上
記導電層9と第1の導電部7a、上記リード導体
10と第2の導電部7bとをそれぞれ接触接続し
て一体化するように構成したことを特徴とする圧
