Claims (1)
振動板に貼りつけた圧電振動子と、前記対をなす電極に
それぞれ接続された２つの外部端子を有する端子板とを
備えた圧電形電気音響変換器において、前記金属振動基
板上の前記圧電材を貼りつけた部分以外の少なくとも一
部分の面に絶縁層が施されるとともに前記一方の電極と
は異なる他方の電極から前記絶縁層上まで導電層が施さ
れ、前記端子板の一面上には前記２つの外部端子の一方
と他方にそれぞれ接続された第１の導電パターンと第２
の導電パターンとが被着され、前記圧電振動子と前記端
子板との積み重ね結合により前記第１の導電パターンが
前記導電層に接触接続されかつ前記第２の導電パターン
が前記金属振動基板の一部に接触接続されるように構成
されたことを特徴とする圧電形電気音響変換器。A piezoelectric vibrator comprising a piezoelectric vibrator in which one electrode of a piezoelectric material having a pair of electrodes on both sides is attached to a metal diaphragm, and a terminal board having two external terminals each connected to the pair of electrodes. In the electroacoustic transducer, an insulating layer is provided on at least a part of the surface of the metal vibrating substrate other than the part to which the piezoelectric material is attached, and from the other electrode different from the one electrode to the insulating layer. A conductive layer is provided on one surface of the terminal board, and a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern are respectively connected to one and the other of the two external terminals.
A conductive pattern is deposited on one of the metal vibrating substrates, the first conductive pattern is contact-connected to the conductive layer by stacking the piezoelectric vibrator and the terminal plate, and the second conductive pattern is attached to one of the metal vibrating substrates. A piezoelectric electroacoustic transducer, characterized in that it is configured to be contact-connected to a part.
