き出してなる2枚の圧電基板をその接続電極形成側の主
面を対向させ、上記振動電極を取り囲み上記接続電極に
交叉するように設けてなる導電部材により上記圧電基板
をその振動間隔を残して接着し、該導電部材により上記
接続端子を相互に導通させる一方、上記圧電基板の引出
電極形式側の主面の上に夫々上記圧電基板の振動間隔を
残して絶縁カバーをこれら絶縁カバーおよび圧電基板の
側面に形成した端子電極で支持し、これら端子電極に上
記圧電基板の引出電極を導通させるようにしてなる圧電
共振子。
