Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は、各種エレクトロニクス機器のスイッチに使用
される接点ゴムに関する。
［従来の技術］ 従来、接点ゴムのキートップ部平面部分への数字、符号
１文字等の印刷方法として、金属製転写板を用い、成形
と同時に転写印刷をする方法が存する（特開昭５７−２
０１６８８号）。
［考案が解決しようとする問題点］ 従来の技術では、転写板が金属製の平板であるため、接
点ゴム表面が凹凸を有している場合には転写印刷は出来
ない。
［問題点を解決するための手段］ そこで本発明は、転写板として耐熱性且つ柔軟なプラス
チックフィルムを使用し、その表面に、所定の文字等を
予め印刷しておき、成形時に転写させるようにしたもの
で、たとえ接点ゴムが凹凸面を有していてもシートの伸
びを利用して印刷できるようにしたものである。
［実施例］ 第１図に示す実施例について本発明を説明する。
ＰＥＴ等の耐熱性のフィルム２、シリコーンインクで所
定の文字等の印刷３を行なう。これを金型の所定の位置
にセットし、接点ゴム本体の材料であるシリコーンゴム
生地４を入れて、金型１を閉じ、成形を行なう。この時
、フィルムは柔軟性を有する為、金型の凹凸面、即ちキ
ートップ部の形状になじむ。成形後、フィルムをはがす
と、インク３は、接点ゴムのキートップ部に接着したま
−残り、転写される（第２図）。
第３図は、接点ゴムの裏面に印刷する場合の構造を示し
、第４図はその完成品を示しである。
５発明の効果］ 本発明は転写板として、従来の金属板に代えて、柔軟な
フィルムを用いるため、従来出来なかった凹凸面への印
刷転写が可能となった。しかもフィルムは、金属板に比
較して単価が安く、且つ軽くそして取扱いが楽なため、
全体の製造費も下がり、産業分野への貢献は大である。
