    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ロボツト工具の周囲に空間をあけて可撓性の筒
    状ホルダーを設け、この筒状ホルダーで支持して
    筒状ホルダーをとり巻くようにワイヤセンサを装
    着し、前記空間は前記ワイヤセンサが作業対象物
    等に接触したことを検知してからロボツトが移動
    を停止するまでの間にロボツト工具が移動する量
    を吸収しうる大きさであることを特徴とするロボ
    ツトの接触検知装置。
