Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 適宜の上下動機構に連動して洗浄槽内を上
下動する洗浄台に、超音波洗浄用の超音波振動子
を設置したことを特徴とする洗浄装置。 (2) 超音波振動子は、洗浄台の下面に設置した
ものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の洗浄装置。 (3) 超音波振動子は、洗浄台の上面に被洗浄物
の載置間隔を介して設置したものであることを特
徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載洗
浄装置。 (4) 上下動機構は、洗浄槽の外側面上下方向に
位置するシリンダーのピストンロツドに、洗浄槽
内にシリンダーと平行に挿入した連結体を固定し
、この連結体に洗浄台を固定する事により形成し
たもので有ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の洗浄装置。
