Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 眼鏡フレームであつて、フレーム本体４と眼
    鏡弦３との間に夫々、眼鏡弦３の自動的な開放を
    行う弾性力な部材１が配置されており、かつ該弾
    性的な部材１が眼鏡弦３を眼鏡フレーム４に対し
    て閉鎖する際に緊張される形式のものにおいて、
    前記の弾性的な部材１が、眼鏡弦３と対応するフ
    レーム縁部との内部に隠されて装着され、かつ端
    部側で固定されていることを特徴とする自動開放
    式眼鏡フレーム。 ２ 前記の弾性的な部材１が、眼鏡弦３のヒンジ
    の回転軸８の側方を延びていることを特徴とする
    、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の眼鏡フ
    レーム。 ３ 前記の弾性的な部材１が同時に、眼鏡弦３の
    ヒンジの回転軸を形成していることを特徴とする
    、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の眼鏡フ
    レーム。 ４ 前記の弾性的な部材１がばねであることを特
    徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第
    ３項までのいづれか１項に記載の眼鏡フレーム。 ５ 前記の弾性的な部材１としてのばねの周囲に
    、弾性的なホース状の被覆体２１が設けられてい
    ることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    ４項に記載の眼鏡フレーム。 ６ 眼鏡弦３１，３２に与えられた特殊な形態に
    基づき、眼鏡フレームが折り畳まれた状態にスナ
    ツプロツク装置３３により保持されることを特徴
    とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第５
    項までのいづれか１項に記載の眼鏡フレーム。 ７ ばね端部１１の保持部５の間のばね通路の領
    域に、ばねにバイアスを掛けるための開口部９が
    存在していることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の眼鏡フレーム。 ８ 開口部９が取外し可能なカバー７で閉鎖され
    ていることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第７項に記載の眼鏡フレーム。
