Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 流体圧力を測定する手段66と、 上流側の端62に於ける液体噴射の流量を、段
    間26,28,30,32の下流側の端70に於
    ける流体の温度をその流体の飽和温度より予定量
    だけ高い値に維持する制御手段44とを有し、 該制御手段44が、温度感知装置68と、その
    温度信号及び前記予定量の間の関係に応じて前記
    液体の噴射の流量を制御する手段42とを有する
    、多段圧縮機の流体の流れに対する段間の液体噴
    射を制御する装置に於て、 前記流体圧力を測定する手段66は、前記段間
    の前記下流側の端に於ける流体圧力を測定し、 前記流体圧力に基づいて前記流体の飽和温度を
    計算する手段を含み、 前記制御手段が、前記液体の噴射より上流側
    の、前記段間に於ける流体の温度に関係する温度
    信号を発生する様に作用する前記温度感知装置6
    8と、該温度信号、計算された飽和温度及び前
    記多段圧縮機の流体の質量流量に応答して、前記
    流体の温度を前記飽和温度より前記予定量だけ高
    い値にする為の所望の液体噴射量を計算する手段
    と、実際の噴射量及び計算された所望の液体噴
    射量を比較する手段及びこの比較結果に応じて実
    際の噴射量を増減する手段を有し、実際の液体噴
    射量を前記所望の液体噴射量に略等しい値に制御
    する手段とを含んでいる装置。 2 実用新案登録請求の範囲1に記載した装置に
    於て、前記液体が水であり、前記流体が蒸気であ
    る装置。 3 実用新案登録請求の範囲2に記載した装置に
    於て、前記温度感知装置が吸込み形温度感知装置
    である装置。 4 実用新案登録請求の範囲1に記載した装置に
    於て、前記飽和温度を計算する手段がデイジタル
    計算機のルツクアツプ・テーブルを含む装置。
