Claims (3)
- 터빈 출구로 배출된 과열증기 상태의 스팀을 각 공정에 공급하기에 앞서 공정으로의 공급에 적합한 스팀 상태로 만들어주기 위해 상기 과열증기 상태의 스팀이 흐르는 파이프 라인상에 보충수를 공급하되, 보충수 공급라인의 유량조절밸브에 의해 보충수의 공급량을 제어하여 스팀의 공급온도를 온도여유치가 고려된 설정온도로 제어하는 공정 스팀의 공급 제어방법에 있어서,(a)작업자가 온도여유치를 설정하여 제어부에 입력하는 단계와;(b)제어부가 상기 파이프 라인상에 설치된 압력검출부의 신호를 입력받아 파이프 라인을 통해 공급되는 스팀의 공급압력을 모니터링하는 단계와;(c)상기 제어부가 작업자가 입력한 상기 온도여유치와 상기 압력검출부로부터 검출되는 스팀의 공급압력을 토대로 상기 설정온도를 산출하는 단계와;(d)상기 산출된 설정온도를 토대로 상기 제어부가 상기 유량조절밸브의 개폐량을 제어하여 보충수의 공급량을 스팀의 현재 압력상태에 따라 실시간 제어하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정 스팀의 공급 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 (c)단계에서, 상기 제어부는 미리 입력된 포화증기표의 데이터 또는 식 에 의해 상기 압력검출부로부터 입력되는 스팀의 현재 공급압력에 상응하는 포화온도와 이에 상기 온도여유치를 더한 설정온도를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정 스팀의 공급 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 (d)단계에서, 상기 제어부는 상기 파이프 라인상에서 보충수 혼합 후 스팀의 공급온도를 검출하는 온도검출부와 상기 보충수 공급라인상에 설치된 유량검출부의 신호를 토대로 보충수 혼합 후 스팀의 공급온도가 상기 설정온도와 일치될 때까지 유량조절밸브의 개폐량을 PID 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정 스팀의 공급 제어방법.
