Claims (5)
- 증기 팽창기 구동 공기 압축 장치이며,용적형 증기 팽창기와,상기 용적형 증기 팽창기에 의해 구동되는 용적형 공기 압축기와,상기 용적형 증기 팽창기의 흡기량을 조절 가능한 용량 조정 밸브와,상기 용적형 공기 압축기의 토출측 압력을 검출하는 압력 검출기와,상기 용적형 공기 압축기의 토출측 압력이 일정해지도록, 상기 압력 검출기의 검출 신호를 기초로 하여 상기 용량 조정 밸브의 개방도를 제어하는 제어 장치로 이루어지는, 증기 팽창기 구동 공기 압축 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 장치는 상기 압력 검출기의 검출 신호를 기초로 하여 상기 용량 조정 밸브의 개방도를 PID 제어하는, 증기 팽창기 구동 공기 압축 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용적형 증기 팽창기는 감속기를 통해 상기 용적형 공기 압축기를 구동하는, 증기 팽창기 구동 공기 압축 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용적형 증기 팽창기는 스크류 팽창기이며, 상기 용적형 공기 압축기는 스크류 압축기인, 증기 팽창기 구동 공기 압축 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용량 조정 밸브의 상류와 상기 용적형 증기 팽창기의 토출측이 감압 밸브를 통해 접속되어 있는, 증기 팽창기 구동 공기 압축 장치.
