Claims (1)
- 成熟した生柚子の果皮を約40°〜60°Cの
間で設定した数次の段階的温度で、及びそれぞれ
の段階による一定時間の総和が14〜17hou
rの範囲内で生柚子の色合いと香りを保持するよ
うに継続的かつ機械的に熱乾燥処理し、而る後粉
状もしくは顆粒状に粉砕生成したことを特徴とす
る柚子の果皮を素材とした香味食品。
