Claims (1)
- 増幅器の出力段に出力トランジスタの動作条件
を決定する複数のバイアス設定回路と、バイアス
設定回路を切換え複数のバイアス条件に設定する
フオトトランジスタと、フオトトランジスタを動
作するための制御回路と、入力信号レベルにより
制御されフオトトランジスタを動作せしめ立上が
り、立下がりの時定数を決める時定数設定回路と
を有する制御回路を具備する事を特徴とする増幅
器。
