Claims (1)
- パルス状の信号を増幅するためのアンプにおい
て、定常的にバイアス電流を供給する第１の定電
流源と、その第１の定電流源と並列に接続された
第２の定電流源と、当該アンプの出力レベルに応
じて上記第２の定電流源をＯＮ／ＯＦＦするスイ
ツチング回路を有し、当該アンプの出力が所定レ
ベルを越えているときに限つて上記第２の定電流
源からの電流が供給されるよう構成したことを特
徴とする、パルスアンプ。
