    タと、 前記負荷の電圧を検出する電圧検出手段と、 基準電圧源と、 前記電圧検出手段と前記基準電圧源とに接続さ
    れ、前記負荷の電圧と前記基準電圧源の基準電圧
    との差に対応する出力を前記第１のトランジスタ
    のベースに供給する誤差増幅器と、 エミツタが電源に接続され、コレクタが前記第
    １のトランジスタのコレクタに接続された第２の
    トランジスタと、 前記第２のトランジスタのベースと前記誤差増
    幅器の出力端子との間に接続され、前記誤差増幅
    器の出力が前記第１のトランジスタに過大電流を
    流すレベルに達した時に前記第２のトランジスタ
    をオフに制御する制御回路と を具備していることを特徴とする過電流保護回路
    を有する安定化電源回路。
