    プによりその差電圧を検出し、該差動アンプの出
    力により出力トランジスタのベース−エミツタ間
    電圧を制御する制御トランジスタを制御して、該
    出力トランジスタの電流を制御することにより、
    該出力電圧を一定に保持する安定化電源回路にお
    いて、 前記出力トランジスタのベース−エミツタ電圧
    に応じた信号を検出する検出手段と、 前記検出手段の検出信号レベルが予め決められ
    た所定のレベルを越えたときに前記制御トランジ
    スタをスイツチング制御して、前記出力トランジ
    スタのベース−エミツタ間電圧が一定値を越えな
    いように制御する制御手段とを具備してなる安定
    化電源回路。
