Claims (1)
- 入力されたギヤツプセンサ信号に基づき、浮上
体の設定ギヤツプからの偏差を求め、この偏差に
応じて浮上用マグネツトの励磁電流の制御信号を
出力する補償回路を有する磁気浮上制御装置にお
いて、前記補償回路に、設定ギヤツプからの偏差
が小さいときには、ギヤツプ変動による制御信号
の変化率が小さく、その偏差が大きくなるにつれ
てギヤツプ変動による制御信号の変化率が大きく
なる制御特性をもたせたことを特徴とする磁気浮
上制御装置。
