を検出する電圧レベル検出部２と、 該電圧レベル検出部２で検出された入力信号の
電圧レベルにより直流電圧を制御する直流電圧制
御部３を設け、 該直流電圧制御部３で制御された出力電圧を、
該高速形増幅器１のバイアス電圧として用いるこ
とを特徴とする可変バイアス形増幅回路。
