Claims (1)
- 電圧増幅段及び電力増幅段で構成され、該電力
増幅段にアイドリング電流を流す為のバイアス回
路を有する低周波増幅器において、電源電圧を前
記電圧増幅段に供給する電源線路にコレクタ・エ
ミツタ路が挿入されるスイツチングトランジスタ
と、電源電圧が所定値以下に低下したことを検知
する検知回路と、該検知回路の検知出力に応じて
前記スイツチングトランジスタを遮断する制御信
号を発生する制御信号発生回路とから成り、前記
電力増幅段の出力段トランジスタに過大電流が流
れて電源電圧が所定値以下に低下した時に前記ス
イツチングトランジスタを遮断状態にし、電圧増
幅段の動作を停止させる様にしたことを特徴とす
る低周波増幅器の保護回路。
