Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 過電流状態を検出して、出力電圧を低下さ
せる第１段階の保護手段と、この第１段階の保護
手段による出力電圧の低下を検出し、一定期間こ
の状態が続いたときに入力一次電源を遮断する第
２段階の保護手段とを具備することを特徴とする
過電流保護回路。 (2) 前記第２段階の保護手段が、出力段に並列
に接続されたコンデンサと抵抗からなる時定数回
路と、基準となる一定の電圧を発生する基準電圧
発生回路と、この時定数回路と基準電圧発生回路
の出力電圧を入力とする差動増幅器と、この差動
増幅器の出力にもとづいて、入力一次電源を遮断
する回路とを有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の過電流保護回路。
