Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測流体の流れる導管内に配設された渦発生体
    と、上記導管内において上記渦発生体の下流側の
    上記被測流体に生ずるカルマン渦の渦圧を検出す
    る第１、第２の圧力取得口と、上記第１の圧力取
    得口に生ずる圧力変化を第１および第４の圧力室
    に導びく第１の導圧管と、第２の圧力取得口に生
    ずる圧力変化を第２および第３の圧力室に導びく
    第２の導圧管と、上記第１と第２の圧力室の隔壁
    部に設けられ上記渦圧の差圧を検出する第１のダ
    イヤフラムと、上記第３と第４の圧力室の隔壁部
    に設けられ、渦圧の差圧を検出する第２のダイヤ
    フラムと、上記第１および第２のダイヤフラムに
    応動して出力する第１および第２のブリツジ回路
    と、上記第１のブリツジ回路の出力を受けて作動
    する第１の可変増幅回路と、上記第２のブリツジ
    回路の出力を受けて作動する第２の可変増幅回路
    と、互いに正負でほぼ同等の上記第１と第２の可
    変増幅回路の出力を差動増幅して脈動周期を流量
    計出力とする差動増幅回路と、上記第１、第２の
    可変増幅回路の増幅率をそれぞれ上記第１、第２
    のダイヤフラムの振動等の外力に応動して出力す
    る出力値が互いに相等しくなるように調整するた
    めにそれぞれ上記第１、第２の可変増幅回路に設
    けられたゲイン調整抵抗とを備えた渦流量計。
