Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は、集積回路用のピングリッドアレイパッケー
ジに関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
第２図は、従来のビングリッドアレイパッケージを示す
斜視図であり、（１）はビングリッドアレイパッケージ
、（３）はピンである。ビングリッドアレイパッケージ
は、パッケージと垂直方向に多数のピンを有するパッケ
ージである。第２図は、仮に２本のピンのみを示し九が
、実際には、縦方向横方向に多数のピンを有する。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
従来のビングリッドアレイパッケージは、多数の細いピ
ンを有する念めに１．ビングリッドアレイパッケージを
用いて回路を作成する際、ピンが根元付近で曲がるとい
うことがしばしば起こる。このようにピンが変形すると
、ピングリッドアレイパッケージ用ソケットにピンを装
着できなくなるという問題点があった。
この発明は、上記のような問題点を解消するためになさ
れたもので、ビングリッドアレイパッケージのピンの強
度を増し、ピンが変形しにくいビングリッドアレイパッ
ケージを得ることを目的とする。
〔問題点を解決する念めの手段〕
この発明に係るビングリッドアレイパッケージは、先端
から根元に向けて太くなる形状のテーパビンを有するこ
とにより、ピンの強度を増加させるというものである。
〔作　用〕
この発明に係るビングリッドアレイパッケージは、先端
から根元に向けて太くなる形状のテーパピンを有するこ
とによりピンの強度を増加するため、ビンが変形しにく
くなる。
〔実施例〕
以下、この発明の一実施例について説明する。
第１図は、本発明の集積回路用パッケージを示す斜視図
であり、（１）はビングリッドアレイパッケージ、（２
）はテーパビンである。前記テーパビンは、先端から根
元に向けて太くなる形状を有するためビンの強度が増加
し、ビンが変形しにくい。
なお、図１では仮に２本のビンのみを示したが、実際に
は、縦方向横方向に多数のビンを有する。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明に係る集積回路用パッケージは、先端から根元に
向けて太くなる形状のテーパビンを有することによりビ
ンの強度を増加し、ビンが変形しにくくなる。そのため
、ビングリッドアレイパッケージを用いて回路を作成す
る際、ビンが根元付近で曲がり、ビングリッドアレイパ
ッケージ用ソケットにビンを装着できなくなるとｈうこ
とが少なくなる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの発明の一実施例による集積回路用パッケー
ジを示す斜視図、第２図は従来のビングリッドアレイパ
ッケージを示す斜視図である。 図において、（１）はビングリッドアレイパッケージ、
り２）はビン、（３）はテーパビンである。 なお、図中、同一符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。
