Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体ウエハＷを載置し、一方向へ移動するウ
    エハ台１０と、該ウエハ台１０上の半導体ウエハ
    Ｗを光走査するレーザ照射光学系として、レーザ
    光源１、コリメータレンズ２、偏向器としてポリ
    ゴンスキヤナ３、等速に走査させるｆθレンズ４
    を備え、前記半導体ウエハＷからの乱反射した光
    を受光して電気信号に変換する受光手段として、
    集光レンズ５ａ、スリツト６ａ、検光子７ａ、検
    出器８ａでなる第１の検出装置９ａと集光レンズ
    ５ｂ、スリツト６ｂ、検光子７ｂ、検出器８ｂで
    なる第２の検出装置９ｂとを設けたことを特徴と
    する半導体ウエハ異物検査装置。
