アクトルを介して接続される一端を接地したコン
デンサと、該コンデンサの高圧端子(非接地端子
)と電気集じん装置の放電電極の間に挿入し、該
コンデンサの高圧端子と該放電電極間を定期的あ
るいは任意のタイミングで電気的に導通せしめ、
該コンデンサの蓄積電荷を急峻に前記電気集じん
装置の放電電極と集じん電極間の容量性空間に放
電することにより、該放電電極と該集じん電極間
に急峻な立上りのパルス高電圧を印加し、任意の
あるいは不定の時間経過後、非導通となる高電圧
スイツチから構成される電気集じん装置のパルス
電源において、 該コンデンサに印加される電圧を検出する電圧
検出器と、該電圧検出器により検出される電圧値
より前記電気集じん装置の放電電極と集じん電極
間の電圧を算出する演算器を具備することを特徴
