マイクロプロセツサに登録しておき、前記定数を
前記設定部からの信号で除した値を分周用データ
となし、前記演算周期毎に前記Ａ／Ｄ変換部から
の信号を積算した積算データと前記分周用データ
を比較し、前記積算データが前記分周用データ以
上のときは、前記マイクロプロセツサの出力を１
（ＯＮ）となすとともに前記積算データを前記分
周用データだけ減じ、前記積算データが前記分周
