【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示す回路図であ
る。第２図は第１図に示すマグネトロン４００の
構造を示す図である。第３図は第１図に示す高周
波加熱装置の各部の電圧波形を示す図である。第
４図は従来の高周波加熱装置の一例を示す回路図
である。 図において、１は商用電源、３は出力設定手段
、１００は整流平滑回路、２００はインバータ回
路、２０１はスイツチング素子、２０２は駆動変
圧器、２０３は共振コンデンサ、４００はマグネ
トロン、５００は制御回路、６０１，６０２およ
び６０３はそれぞれ整流平滑用のダイオード、コ
イルおよびコンデンサ、６０４は磁界発生用コイ
ルを示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直流電源、 その１次巻線に前記直流電源の出力を受ける変
    圧器と、当該１次巻線と前記直流電源との間に介
    挿されるスイツチング素子と、当該スイツチング
    素子のオフ時において前記１次巻線と協働して共
    振回路を形成し当該１次巻線の両端に共振電圧を
    発生せしめる共振素子とを含み、前記スイツチン
    グ素子のスイツチング動作と前記共振回路の共振
    作用によつて前記変圧器の２次側に高周波電圧を
    誘起せしめるインバータ、 前記変圧器の２次出力によつて駆動されるマグ
    ネトロン、および 前記変圧器の２次出力に基づいて前記インバー
    タの動作周期を検出し、それによつて前記スイツ
    チング素子を当該動作周期と同期するようにオン
    ・オフ制御する制御回路を備えた高周波加熱装置
    において、 前記直流電源の出力電流の変動に応じて前記ス
    イツチング素子のオン時間幅を増減するように前
    記制御回路の制御量を補正する補正手段、 前記マグネトロンに設けられた磁界発生用のコ
    イル、および 前記変圧器の２次出力を整流平滑して前記磁界
    発生用のコイルに与え、かつ前記補正手段による
    前記スイツチング素子のオン時間幅の変動によつ
    て生じる前記変圧器の２次出力の変動に応じて前
    記時間発生用コイルの付勢電流を増減させる回路
    手段を備えることを特徴とする、高周波加熱装置
    。
