Description
Claims (6)
- ソレノイドであって、該ソレノイドは、
通電により磁界を発生するコイルと、
少なくとも一部が前記コイルの内周側にあって、前記コイルの軸方向へ移動可能に設けられる可動鉄心と、
前記可動鉄心と前記軸方向に対向し、前記可動鉄心側に突出する円筒状の外周凸部が形成される固定鉄心と、
前記コイルの内周側と前記可動鉄心との間に配置され、前記外周凸部と対向する第1端部が形成される磁性部材と、
前記可動鉄心と一体に変位する軸部と、を備え、
前記可動鉄心は大径部と小径部とを有し、
前記小径部は前記固定鉄心側に設けられ、
前記大径部の軸長は、前記小径部の軸長よりも小さく形成され、
前記小径部の軸長は、前記コイルへの通電が行われた状態において、前記固定鉄心側の軸方向端部から第1端部までよりも長く形成され、
前記大径部の外周と前記磁性部材の内周との間の隙間は、前記小径部の外周と前記固定鉄心の内周との間の隙間よりも小さく形成され、
前記大径部は、軸方向に延びる軸長部(L1)を有している、ソレノイド。 - 請求項1に記載のソレノイドにおいて、
前記軸部は、前記可動鉄心の内周側および前記固定鉄心の内周側を軸方向に伸長して設けられる、ソレノイド。 - ソレノイドであって、該ソレノイドは、
通電により磁界を発生するコイルと、
少なくとも一部が前記コイルの内周側にあって、前記コイルの軸方向へ移動可能に設けられる可動鉄心と、
前記可動鉄心と前記軸方向に対向し、前記可動鉄心側に突出する円筒状の外周凸部が形成される固定鉄心と、
前記コイルの内周側と前記可動鉄心との間に配置され、前記外周凸部と対向する第1端部が形成される磁性部材と、
前記可動鉄心と一体に変位する軸部と、を備え、
前記可動鉄心は大径部と小径部とを有し、
前記小径部は前記固定鉄心側に設けられ、
前記大径部の軸長は、前記小径部の軸長よりも小さく形成され、
前記小径部の軸長は、前記コイルへの通電が行われた状態において、前記固定鉄心側の軸方向端部から第1端部までよりも長く形成され、
前記大径部の外周と前記磁性部材の内周との間の隙間は、前記小径部の外周と前記固定鉄心の内周との間の隙間よりも小さく形成され、
前記軸部は、該軸部の軸方向両端に軸受を備える、ソレノイド。 - 請求項3に記載のソレノイドにおいて、
前記可動鉄心の外周側には前記磁性部材が設けられ、
前記可動鉄心の前記大径部と前記磁性部材との間の隙間が、前記軸受と前記軸部との間の隙間よりも大きい、ソレノイド。 - 減衰力調整式緩衝器であって、該減衰力調整式緩衝器は、
作動流体が封入されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に挿入されて前記シリンダ内をロッド側室とボトム側室とに画成するピストンと、
一側が前記ピストンに連結されて他側が前記シリンダの外部へ延びるピストンロッドと、
前記ピストンロッドの伸縮によって前記作動流体の流れが生じる流路と、
前記流路に設けられソレノイドによって駆動される減衰力調整バルブと、を備え、
前記ソレノイドは、
通電により磁界を発生するコイルと、
少なくとも一部が前記コイルの内周側にあって、前記コイルの軸方向へ移動可能に設けられる可動鉄心と、
前記可動鉄心と前記軸方向に対向し、前記可動鉄心側に突出する円筒状の外周凸部が形成される固定鉄心と、
前記コイルの内周側と前記可動鉄心との間に配置され、前記外周凸部と対向する第1端部が形成される磁性部材と、を備え、
前記可動鉄心は大径部と小径部とを有し、
前記小径部は前記固定鉄心側に設けられ、
前記大径部の軸長は、前記小径部の軸長よりも小さく形成され、
前記小径部の軸長は、前記コイルへの通電が行われた状態において、前記固定鉄心側の軸方向端部から第1端部までよりも長く形成され、
前記大径部の外周と前記磁性部材の内周との間の隙間は、前記小径部の外周と前記固定鉄心の内周との間の隙間よりも小さく形成され、
前記大径部は、軸方向に延びる軸長部(L1)を有している、減衰力調整式緩衝器。 - 減衰力調整機構であって、
通電により磁界を発生するコイルと、
前記コイルの内周側にあって、前記コイルの軸方向へ移動可能に設けられる可動子と、
前記可動子と前記軸方向に対向し、前記可動子側に突出する円筒状の外周凸部が形成される固定子と、
前記可動子の軸方向の移動により制御される制御弁と、
前記コイルの内周側と前記可動子との間に配置され、前記外周凸部と対向する第1端部が形成される磁性部材と、を備え、
前記可動子は大径部と小径部とを有し、
前記小径部は前記固定子側に設けられ、
前記大径部の軸長は、前記小径部の軸長よりも小さく形成され、
前記小径部の軸長は、前記コイルへの通電が行われた状態において、前記固定子側の軸方向端部から第1端部までよりも長く形成され、
前記大径部の外周と前記磁性部材の内周との間の隙間は、前記小径部の外周と前記固定子の内周との間の隙間よりも小さく形成され、
前記大径部は、軸方向に延びる軸長部(L1)を有している、減衰力調整機構。
