Claims (11)
- ソレノイドであって、該ソレノイドは、
筒部と、前記筒部の一端に形成され、前記筒部の外方に向けて径方向へ延びる大径部と、からなるボビンと、
前記ボビンに巻回されたコイルと、
前記コイルの端末導線部と外部電線とを接続する部材であって、前記コイルの前記端末導線部を接合する接合部を有し、前記接合部が前記ボビンの前記大径部の一端面に沿った方向に延びているターミナルと、
前記コイルの内周に固定された、磁性体のコアと、
前記コアに対して近接可能に設けられた、磁性体のプランジャと、
を有し、
前記ターミナルは、前記ボビンの径方向外側に延びて前記外部電線と接続される延出部と、前記コイルの前記端末導線部を巻き付ける巻付部と、前記巻付部および前記接合部が連結され、前記ボビンの前記大径部の一端面に沿った方向に延びる腕部と、前記延出部と前記腕部とを連結し、前記巻付部を前記ボビンの前記大径部の内側になるよう前記ボビンの径方向内側へ湾曲する湾曲部が形成される連結部と、を有し、
前記湾曲部は、前記ボビンに設けられた支持部を支持点として前記連結部を折り曲げるように湾曲しているソレノイド。 - 請求項1に記載のソレノイドであって、
前記ターミナルと前記コイルの前記端末導線部とを接合する前記接合部は、かしめ加工するカシメ部を有し、
前記カシメ部は、前記ボビンの前記筒部の軸方向に折り重なり、前記コイルの前記端末導線部を挟み込むようかしめ加工されたソレノイド。 - 請求項1または2に記載のソレノイドであって、
前記ボビンの前記大径部には、前記筒部の軸方向および径方向に切り欠かれた切欠部が形成されており、
前記巻付部が前記切欠部に配置されているソレノイド。 - 請求項3に記載のソレノイドであって、
前記切欠部は、樹脂によりモールド処理されているソレノイド。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のソレノイドであって、
前記ボビンの前記大径部の一端面には、前記ターミナルに当接し、前記ターミナルを固定するように突出する突出部が形成されているソレノイド。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のソレノイドであって、
前記ボビンの前記筒部には、前記ターミナルが前記筒部の外径よりも内径方向に変形可能な凹部が形成されているソレノイド。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のソレノイドを備えるソレノイドバルブであって、
前記ソレノイドによって駆動される弁体を前記コイルの内周に備えたソレノイドバルブ。 - 請求項7に記載のソレノイドバルブを備える緩衝器であって、
作動流体が封入されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に挿入されて前記シリンダ内を一側室と他側室とに区画するピストンと、
前記ピストンに連結されて前記シリンダの外部へ延びるピストンロッドと、
前記ピストンロッドの移動によって前記作動流体の流れが生じる流路と、
前記ソレノイドによって前記流路の開口面積が調整される前記ソレノイドバルブと、
を有する緩衝器。 - ソレノイドの製造方法であって、
前記ソレノイドは、
筒部と、前記筒部の一端に形成され、前記筒部の外方に向けて径方向へ延びる大径部とからなるボビンと、
前記ボビンに巻回されたコイルと、
前記コイルの端末導線部と外部電線とを接続すると共に、前記大径部に固定される部材であって、前記ボビンの径方向外側に延びて前記外部電線と接続される延出部と、前記コイルの前記端末導線部を巻き付ける巻付部と、前記端末導線部を挟み込むようにかしめ加工するカシメ部と、前記巻付部および前記カシメ部が連結される腕部と、前記延出部と前記腕部とを連結する連結部と、を備えて、前記カシメ部が、前記ボビンの前記筒部の軸方向に折り重なるように構成されているターミナルと、
前記コイルの内周に固定された、磁性体のコアと、
前記コアに対して近接可能に設けられた、磁性体のプランジャと、
前記ボビンに設けられ、前記ターミナルを支持する支持部と、
を有しており、
前記ソレノイドの製造方法は、
前記ターミナルの前記巻付部に前記コイルの前記端末導線部を巻回して巻回部を形成する巻回工程と、
前記ターミナルと前記コイルの前記端末導線部に軸方向からかしめ加工を実施するかしめ工程と、
前記巻回部を前記大径部の外径よりも内径側に変形させるよう、前記連結部を前記ボビンの支持部を支持点として折り曲げる折曲げ工程と、
を有する前記ソレノイドの製造方法。 - 請求項9に記載のソレノイドの製造方法であって、
前記ソレノイドは、前記ボビンの前記大径部に設けられ、前記筒部の軸方向および径方向に切り欠かれた切欠部を有し、
前記折曲げ工程では、前記大径部に形成される前記切欠部に前記巻回部を収納する収納工程を行うソレノイドの製造方法。 - 請求項10に記載のソレノイドの製造方法であって、
前記切欠部から樹脂を流し込みモールドするモールド工程を有するソレノイドの製造方法。
