Description
Claims (15)
- 粉体が移送され、前記粉体の移送方向に沿って複数の区間を有する移送配管と、
前記移送配管の各区間別に設けられ、各区間別に粉体移送時の前記移送配管の振動を感知するように設けられる複数のセンシングユニットと、
前記移送配管の各区間ごとに振動を加えるように設けられる複数の振動ユニットと、
前記移送配管の区間別に前記センシングユニットで取得された振動データに基づいて、前記移送配管の区間別振動ユニットの動作を個別制御するように設けられる制御部と、を含み、
前記センシングユニットは、粉体移送時の前記移送配管の各区間別に前記粉体の積載高さ方向に沿って離隔して配置される複数の振動センサーを含む、粉体移送システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記区間別に前記センシングユニットで取得された振動データと予め記憶された区間別正常振動データとを比較した結果に基づいて、前記移送配管の区間別振動ユニットの動作を制御するように設けられる、請求項1に記載の粉体移送システム。
- 前記複数の振動センサーは、前記移送配管の底面を基準にして互いに異なる高さにそれぞれ設けられ、
前記制御部は、各区間で前記複数の振動センサーで取得された振動データと予め記憶された高さ別の正常振動データとを比較した結果に基づいて、各区間に設けられた前記振動ユニットの動作を制御するように設けられる、請求項2に記載の粉体移送システム。 - 前記制御部は、各区間で粉体の積載高さ方向に沿って備えられた複数の振動センサーで取得された振動データに基づいて、移送中の粉体の積載高さを算出し、算出された積載高さに応じて前記振動ユニットの動作を制御するように設けられる、請求項3に記載の粉体移送システム。
- 前記制御部は、算出された粉体の積載高さと予め設定された正常積載高さとの差に基づいて、前記振動ユニットの振動強度を調整するように設けられる、請求項4に記載の粉体移送システム。
- 前記制御部は、算出された粉体の積載高さと予め設定された正常積載高さとの差に比例して前記振動ユニットの振動強度を増加させる、請求項5に記載の粉体移送システム。
- 前記正常積載高さは、前記移送配管の底面を基準にして全高さhの50%(0.5h)~70%(0.7h)の範囲内の高さである、請求項6に記載の粉体移送システム。
- 前記移送配管の各区間別に移送中の粉体の積載高さの情報を表示するモニタリング部をさらに含む請求項4に記載の粉体移送システム。
- 前記振動ユニットは、超音波振動バイブレータである、請求項1に記載の粉体移送システム。
- 前記移送配管に前記粉体を供給する粉体投入部と、
前記移送配管に沿って移送された粉体が収容される計量ホッパーと、
前記計量ホッパーと前記移送配管との間に設けられ、前記移送配管に真空圧を加えることによって、前記粉体を前記移送配管に沿って前記計量ホッパーに移送させる真空ポンプと、をさらに含む請求項1に記載の粉体移送システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記真空ポンプの真空圧の強度を調整して前記粉体の移送速度を調整するように設けられる、請求項10に記載の粉体移送システム。
- 前記粉体投入部と前記移送配管との間に設けられる第1開閉バルブをさらに含み、
前記制御部は、前記第1開閉バルブを制御することによって、前記移送配管に供給される粉体の投入量を調整する、請求項10に記載の粉体移送システム。 - 前記計量ホッパーで計量された粉体が投入される供給配管と、
前記供給配管に連結される混合部と、をさらに含み、
前記供給配管は、前記混合部に向かう粉体の移送方向に沿って複数の区間を有する、請求項10に記載の粉体移送システム。 - 前記供給配管の各区間別に設けられ、各区間別に粉体移送時の供給配管の振動を感知するように設けられる複数のセンシングユニットと、
各区間のうち、計量ホッパーと隣接する区間に振動を加えるように設けられる振動ユニットと、をさらに含む請求項13に記載の粉体移送システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記供給配管で各区間別に取得された振動データに基づいて、前記供給配管の振動ユニットの動作を制御するように設けられる、請求項14に記載の粉体移送システム。
