Description
Claims (6)
- 取り外し可能なハウジングカバー(3)を備えたハウジング(2)と、ハウジング(2)内のロータ(4)とを備え、ロータ(4)は、ロータリバルブ(1)の内部にアクセスできるようにハウジングカバー(3)をハウジング(2)から取り外して移動させることによって、少なくとも部分的にハウジング(2)の外側に配置可能とされ、ロータ(4)のシャフト(6)の端部(5)が、ハウジングカバー(3)に支持されたベアリングアセンブリ(7)に装着されており、ベアリングアセンブリ(7)は第1のベアリング(11)と第2のベアリング(12)とを含み、これらのベアリング(11)(12)は、ハウジングカバー(3)がハウジング(2)から離れるように移動するときに、ロータ(4)のシャフト(6)がハウジング(2)に対して水平方向に向くように位置を調整可能であり、第1のベアリング(11)と第2のベアリング(12)とは、シャフト(6)の長手方向を横切る方向に、互いに移動可能であるものにおいて、
第1のベアリング(11)と第2のベアリング(12)とのうちの少なくとも1つが、調整フランジ(13)に取り付けられており、この調整フランジ(13)は、ロータ(4)のシャフト(6)の長手方向を横切る方向に移動可能で、かつハウジングカバー(3)のベースフランジ(14)にねじ結合される調整フランジ(13)に取り付けられており、
調整フランジ(13)とベースフランジ(14)とのねじ結合が、調整フランジ(13)の開口に形成されたねじ部と嵌合するねじを備えた少なくとも1つのボルト(15)を含み、この少なくとも1つのボルト(15)は、ベースフランジ(14)の開口の斜めの連結面(17)に接する、先細り形状の端部(16)を備えていること
を特徴とするロータリバルブ。 - 調整フランジ(13)とベースフランジ(14)とのねじ結合が少なくとも3本のボルトを含み、各ボルト(15)が、調整フランジ(13)の開口に形成されたねじ部と嵌合するねじを備え、前記ボルト(15)は、ベースフランジ(14)の開口の斜めの連結面(17)に接する、先細り形状の端部(16)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリバルブ。
- 少なくとも3本のボルト(15)のうちの2つが、シャフト(6)の水平調整を行うために、ロータ(4)のシャフト(6)を通る水平面内における互いに反対の位置に存在し、これに対し第3のボルト(15)は、シャフト(6)の垂直方向の調整を行うために、ロータ(4)のシャフト(6)を通る垂直面内においてシャフト(6)よりも上に存在することを特徴とする請求項2記載のロータリバルブ。
- ロータリバルブ(1)の端部にシャフトと同軸のセンターボルト(18)とロックプレート(19)とが設けられており、
ロックプレート(19)が、ロータ(4)のシャフト(6)を収容するシャフトハブ(23)における1つまたは複数のノッチ(22)と噛み合う少なくとも1つの突起(21)を備えており、
ロックプレート(19)は動作位置に配置可能であり、この動作位置において、ロックプレート(19)は、センターボルト(18)を回転させることにより、シャフト(6)の長手方向においてロータ(4)と共にシャフト(6)が動くことが可能となるようにセンターボルト(18)を支持することを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のロータリバルブ。 - ロックプレート(19)は、非動作位置において、センターボルト(18)よりも下に存在することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のロータリバルブ。
- ロックプレート(19)は、回転可能なロックプレート(19)を非動作位置と動作位置との間で移動させるためのロックプレートハンドル(20)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のロータリバルブ。
