Abstract
【解決手段】前記のような目的を達成するために、本発明による廃リチウムイオン二次電池のリサイクル方法は、(a)正極材を含んで廃リチウムイオン二次電池の少なくとも一部である熱処理対象物を熱処理炉内に装入する段階、(b)前記熱処理炉の内部温度を200~400℃範囲に上昇させる段階、(c)前記上昇した温度を持続させる段階及び(d)前記廃リチウムイオン二次電池の熱処理が完了した後に作られる第1粉末を排出する段階を含み、前記第1粉末は、前記正極材の有価金属成分を含む有価金属粉末を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- (a)正極材を含んで廃リチウムイオン二次電池の少なくとも一部である熱処理対象物を熱処理炉内に装入する段階、
(b)前記熱処理炉の内部温度を200~400℃範囲に上昇させる段階、
(c)前記上昇した温度を持続させて前記熱処理対象物を熱処理する段階;及び
(d)前記廃リチウムイオン二次電池の熱処理が完了した際に作られる第1粉末を排出する段階を含み、
前記第1粉末は、前記正極材の有価金属成分を含む有価金属粉末を含み、
前記(b)段階及び前記(c)段階で、前記熱処理炉の内部から発生するガスを強制排気することを特徴とする、廃リチウムイオン二次電池のリサイクル方法。 - 前記第1粉末は、有機成分を含まず、フッ素は2重量%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃リチウムイオン二次電池のリサイクル方法。
- 前記第1粉末は、有機成分及びフッ素を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃リチウムイオン二次電池のリサイクル方法。
- 前記有価金属粉末は、NiとCo、又はFeを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃リチウムイオン二次電池のリサイクル方法。
- 前記有価金属粉末は、還元状態のNiとCoを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃リチウムイオン二次電池のリサイクル方法。
- 前記(b)段階及び前記(c)段階で、前記熱処理炉の内部を陰圧状態にして前記ガスを強制排気することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃リチウムイオン二次電池のリサイクル方法。
- 前記(b)段階及び前記(c)段階で、前記熱処理炉に配置されるファンを通じて前記ガスを強制排気することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃リチウムイオン二次電池のリサイクル方法。
- 前記ファンを通じた前記強制排気は、間歇的に行われることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の廃リチウムイオン二次電池のリサイクル方法。
- 前記(a)段階で、前記熱処理対象物は、前記廃リチウムイオン二次電池を分解して回収される正極であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃リチウムイオン二次電池のリサイクル方法。
- 請求項1~請求項9のうちいずれか一項に記載の廃リチウムイオン二次電池のリサイクル方法を通じて回収されることを特徴とする、正極材用有価金属粉末。
