Claims (12)
- 配列NQEESVRFDSDVGEFR(Hpep1-配列番号1)の単離されたMHC由来ヒトペプチド。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドをコードする核酸分子。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドに抱合された抗体を含む免疫抱合体または請求項1に記載のペプチドに融合された抗原結合性抗体断片を含む融合タンパク質。
- 前記抗体または前記抗原結合性抗体断片が抗原提示細胞の表面抗原に対して向けられている、請求項3に記載の免疫抱合体または融合タンパク質。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドを含むナノ粒子。
- 前記ナノ粒子はリポソームである、請求項5に記載のナノ粒子。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチド、請求項3または請求項4に記載の免疫抱合体、または請求項5または6に記載のナノ粒子を含むワクチン組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドをロードしたMHCクラスI多量体。
- 免疫寛容の誘導および/または免疫応答の低減に使用するための医薬組成物であって、請求項1に記載のペプチド、請求項3または請求項4に記載の免疫抱合体または融合タンパク質、請求項5または請求項6に記載のナノ粒子、または請求項7に記載のワクチン組成物を含む、医薬組成物。

- CD8+CD45RClowTregの集団を拡大し、その免疫抑制活性を刺激するためのin vitroの方法であって、抗原提示細胞(APC)の集団の存在下で請求項1に記載のペプチドを含む培養培地、または請求項8に記載のMHCクラスI多量体を含む培養培地で、CD8+CD45RClowTregの集団を培養するステップを含む、in vitroの方法。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドを特異的に認識するCD8+CD45RClowTregの集団を単離し、拡大するためのin vitroの方法であって、請求項8に記載のMHCクラスI多量体を用いたMHC/ペプチド多量体染色を含むCD8+CD45RClowTregの集団を単離するステップと、次に、抗CD3抗体および抗CD28抗体によるポリクローナル刺激で前記単離されたCD8+CD45RClowTregの集団を拡大するステップと、を含む、in vitroの方法。
