Description

からなる工程の群から選択される、少なくとも1つの工程を含む方法に関する。
フィルムを、セルロースアセテート DS 2.45をアセトンに溶解させ、塩基性添加物および任意選択的に抑制剤を加えることによって製造した。結果として生じた混合物を、自動フィルムアプリケータを用いるフィルムキャスティング手順にかけた。フィルムを乾燥させ、カットして小片(6.5cm×6.5cm)にし、小片を枠に取り付け、EN ISO 11721-1に従って土壌に埋めた。1カ月後および2カ月後に、検体を土壌から回収し、粗い堆積物から注意深くきれいにし、重量についておよび目視で喪失面積をについてチェックした。各報告減量および喪失面積は、それぞれ、6つのフィルムの平均であり、土壌と接触していたフィルムの部分に関連している。
フィルムA:15部のセルロースアセテートおよび85部のアセトンから(比較例)
フィルムB:15部のセルロースアセテート、85部のアセトン、0.79部のMgO(最終生成物中5重量%のMgOをもたらす)から
フィルムC:15部のセルロースアセテート、85部のアセトン、0.38部のMgO(最終生成物中2.5重量%のMgOをもたらす)から
フィルムD:15部のセルロースアセテート、85部のアセトン、0.79部のMgO(最終生成物中5重量%のMgOをもたらす)および0.08部のクエン酸(最終生成物中0.5重量%のクエン酸をもたらす)から
紡糸液を、セルロースアセテート(DS 2.45)とアセトンとを混合することによって製造し、乾式紡糸法を用いて紡糸してY横断面の1.9デニールフィラメントにした。フィラメントをミリングし、ISO 14851に従った水生の好気性生分解にかけた。生分解を、O2消費の測定によって求めた。
フィラメントA(比較):73部のアセトン中の26.9部のセルロースアセテートおよび0.1部のTiO2からの紡糸液。
フィラメントB:73部のアセトン中の25.6部のセルロースアセテート、1.35部のMgO(最終生成物中5重量%をもたらす)、0.07部のクエン酸(最終生成物中0.25重量%をもたらす)および0.1部のTiO2からの紡糸液。
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つのポリマーおよび少なくとも1つの塩基性添加物を含むポリマー組成物を含む繊維であって、前記少なくとも1つの塩基性添加物が、20℃で水中の1重量%溶液で測定されるときに13以下および7以上のpHを有し、前記ポリマー組成物中の前記少なくとも1つの塩基性添加物が、MgO、ZnO、CaO、およびAl 2 O 3 からなる群から選択され、前記ポリマー組成物中のすべてのポリマーがセルロースアセテートである、繊維。
- 前記ポリマー組成物中の前記少なくとも1つの塩基性添加物が、20℃で10-6~70g/100mL水の溶解度を有する、請求項1に記載の繊維。
- 前記少なくとも1つの塩基性添加物が、MgOである、請求項1又は2に記載の繊維。
- 前記少なくとも1つの塩基性添加物が、細かく分布した粒子の形態で前記ポリマー組成物中に存在し、D90粒子径が10μm以下である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の繊維。
- 前記少なくとも1つの塩基性添加物が、0.01~40重量%の量で細かく分布した粒子の形態で前記ポリマー組成物中に存在する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の繊維。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が、少なくとも1個のカルボニル官能基および前記カルボニル官能基のα-位のC-H結合を持った溶媒中で起こる自動縮合反応の少なくとも1つの抑制剤をさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の繊維。
- 前記ポリマー組成物中の前記少なくとも1つの抑制剤が、カルボン酸およびアルコールからなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載の繊維。
- 前記ポリマー組成物中の前記少なくとも1つの抑制剤が、クエン酸、乳酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸及びグリセロールからなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の繊維。
- 前記少なくとも1つの抑制剤が、0.001~10重量%の量で前記ポリマー組成物中に存在する、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の繊維。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の繊維の製造方法、または請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の繊維を含む物品の製造方法であって、a)少なくとも1つの塩基性添加物および任意選択的に少なくとも1つの抑制剤を、少なくとも1つの溶媒を含む液相で少なくとも1つのポリマーと接触させ、その後結果として生じた混合物を紡糸して前記ポリマー組成物を含む繊維を得る工程、b)少なくとも1つの塩基性添加物を、少なくとも一部が融解状態にある、少なくとも1つのポリマーと接触させ、その後前記混合物を押し出して前記ポリマー組成物を含む繊維を得る工程を含む群から選択される少なくとも1つの工程を含む方法。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の繊維を含むフィルタトウ。
