Claims (16)
- 天然生物由来油と、1種以上のホスファイト化合物と、金属不動態化剤を含むホスファイト成分と、を含む誘電流体であって、ホスファイト成分は、ホスファイト成分を含有しない同様の誘電流体組成物と比較して、溶解ガス分析(ASTM D3612-02、方法C)で決定して、誘電流体中の漂遊ガスの形成を低減させるのに十分な量で存在し、漂遊ガスが水素、エタン、メタンまたはエチレンであって、
漂遊ガスが水素である場合に、前記ホスファイト成分が、ホスファイト成分を含有しない同様の誘電流体組成物と比較して、少なくとも60%、又はホスファイト成分を含有しない同様の誘電流体組成物と比較して、少なくとも70%、又はホスファイト成分を含有しない同様の電流体組成物と比較して、少なくとも80%、前記誘電流体のH2ガス発生を低減させるのに十分な量で存在することを特徴とし、 前記金属不動態化剤が、IEC 61125の方法Cに従って評価される48時間の酸化安定度試験において、0.50(50%)以下の、又は0.60(60%)以下の、又は0.90(90%)以下の、又は1.0(100%)以下の、IEC 60247(120℃)で決定される、前記誘電流体の誘電正接値を制御するのに十分な量で存在する、誘電流体。 - 前記金属不動態化剤が、ベンゾトリアゾール又はその誘導体から選択される、請求項1に記載の誘電流体。
- 前記金属不動態化剤が、0.005~1.0重量%の量で存在する、請求項1又は2に記載の誘電流体。
- 前記金属不動態化剤が、N,N-ビス(2-エチルヘキシル)-ar-メチル-1H-ベンゾトリアゾール-1-メタンアミン、N,N-ビス(2-エチルヘキシル)-1H-1,2,4-トリアゾール-1-メタンアミン、1H-ベンゾトリアゾール、メチル-1H-ベンゾトリアゾール、及び2,2’-[[(メチル-1H-ベンゾトリアゾール-1-イル)メチル]イミノ]ビス-エタノールからなる群から選択される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の誘電流体。
- 前記誘電流体が、植物油からなる群から選択される天然生物由来油を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の誘電流体。
- 前記誘電流体が、少なくとも75重量%の天然生物由来油を含み、前記誘電流体が、少なくとも85重量%の天然生物由来油を含み、前記誘電流体が、少なくとも90重量%の天然生物由来油を含み、前記誘電流体が、少なくとも95重量%の天然生物由来油を含み、または、前記誘電流体が、少なくとも98重量%の天然生物由来油を含み、前記誘電流体中の唯一の油が、天然生物由来油である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の誘電流体。
- 前記誘電流体が、ひまし油、ココナッツ油、トウモロコシ油、綿実油、ハマナ油、フラックスシード油、ホホバ油、ククイナッツ油、レスケレラ油、亜麻仁油、オリーブ油、パーム油、ピーナッツ油、パインナッツ油、ナタネ油、ベニバナ油、ヒマワリ油、大豆油、及び、ベロニカ油、並びにそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される天然植物油を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の誘電流体。
- 前記誘電流体が、動物由来の油からなる群から選択される天然生物由来油を含む、請求項1~4、及び6のいずれか一項に記載の誘電流体。
- 前記誘電流体が、合成エステル、鉱油、及びこれらの混合物から選択される油を追加的に含む、請求項5~8のいずれか一項に記載の誘電流体。

- 前記誘電流体が、5未満の過酸化物値を有し、又は前記誘電流体が、3未満の過酸化物値を有し、又は前記誘電流体が、2未満の過酸化物値を有し、又は前記誘電流体が、1未満の過酸化物値を有し、又は前記誘電流体が、0.01~5の過酸化物値を有し、又は前記誘電流体が、0.01~3の過酸化物値を有し、又は前記誘電流体が、0.01~2の過酸化物値を有し、又は前記誘電流体が、0.01~1の過酸化物値を有し、又は前記誘電流体が、0.1~1の過酸化物値を有する、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の誘電流体。
- 電気分配又は電力機器における請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の誘電流体の使用。
- 電気分配又は電力機器を絶縁する方法であって、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の誘電流体を前記電気分配又は電力機器に組み込むことを含む、方法。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の誘電流体を含む、電気分配又は電力機器。
- 前記装置が、コンデンサ及び変圧器から選択される、請求項15に記載の電気分配又は電力機器。
