Description
Claims (8)
- シリンダー、ピストンロッド、減衰バルブ及び窒素タンクを含む減衰適応型自動車用ショックアブソーバであって、前記シリンダー内に設置されたフルートチューブアセンブリをさらに含み、前記フルートチューブアセンブリはコアチューブシート、インナーチューブ及びアウターチューブを含み、前記アウターチューブの両端に少なくとも1列の減衰貫通孔が設置され、前記アウターチューブの一端に第1チェックバルブが設置され、かつ前記ピストンロッド内に挿入され、前記アウターチューブの他端は前記コアチューブシート上に設置され、かつ第1油管管路を介して前記窒素タンクに接続され、前記コアチューブシートは第2チェックバルブを介して前記第1油管管路と連通し、前記アウターチューブ内に前記インナーチューブが設置され、前記インナーチューブの底端は前記コアチューブシート上に固定され、かつ第2油管管路を介して前記窒素タンクに接続され、前記コアチューブシートは前記シリンダーの底部に固定され、前記減衰バルブは前記ピストンロッドの一端に固定され、かつ前記シリンダー内に設置され、前記ピストンロッドの一端にシールチューブが固定され、前記ピストンロッドの他端は前記シリンダーのエンドカバーを貫通し、かつ下部リフティングアイが設置され、前記シリンダーの底部に上部リフティングアイが固定されることを特徴とする減衰適応型自動車用ショックアブソーバ。
- 複数の前記減衰貫通孔は等間隔で直線的に配列され、かつ直径が同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰適応型自動車用ショックアブソーバ。
- 複数の前記減衰貫通孔は等間隔で直線的に配列され、かつ直径が外から内へ次第に大きくなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰適応型自動車用ショックアブソーバ。
- 複数の前記減衰貫通孔は直線的に配列され、かつ間隔が外から内へ次第に大きくなり、複数の前記減衰貫通孔は直径が同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰適応型自動車用ショックアブソーバ。
- 複数の前記減衰貫通孔は直径が同じであり、複数の前記減衰貫通孔は等間隔で螺旋に配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰適応型自動車用ショックアブソーバ。
- 前記インナーチューブの頂端にベルマウスが設置され、前記ベルマウスの外径は前記アウターチューブの内径と等しく、前記インナーチューブの長さは前記アウターチューブの長さの2/3~1/3にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰適応型自動車用ショックアブソーバ。
- 前記シールチューブの長さは前記アウターチューブの長さの1/3であり、前記シールチューブは前記ピストンロッドの内部に固定されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の減衰適応型自動車用ショックアブソーバ。
- 前記減衰バルブは減衰バルブ本体、圧縮減衰機構、引張減衰機構及びロックナットを含み、前記圧縮減衰機構及び前記引張減衰機構はそれぞれ前記減衰バルブ本体の両側に固定され、前記圧縮減衰機構は圧縮バルブプレートグループ及び圧縮ストッパを含み、前記引張減衰機構は引張バルブプレートグループ及び引張ストッパを含み、前記減衰バルブ本体の外側にガイドベルトが固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰適応型自動車用ショックアブソーバ。
