Description
実施例1での自己修復成分は、式(I)に示した自己修復成分のみ含む。
実施例2での自己修復成分は、ビス(ヘプタメチルシクロテトラシロキサニル)エタン及びオクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン(環状構造を有するシロキサン)のみ含んだ。
本発明の有利な効果として、本発明に係る自己修復樹脂組成物及びそれで製造された人工皮革は、「自己修復成分、環状構造を有するシロキサン及び式(I)に示した成分の中の少なくとも1つを含む」といった技術特徴によって、自己修復樹脂組成物の自己修復効果を向上する。

Claims (11)
- グリコールモノマー及びジイソシアネートモノマーを含む主樹脂35重量部~110重量部と、
環状構造を有するシロキサン及び下記式(I)に示した成分の中の少なくとも1つを含む自己修復成分10重量部~30重量部と、
硬化剤と、
艶消し剤と、
溶媒と、を含み、
前記グリコールモノマーは、ブタンジオール、ヘキサンジオール、及びポリカーボネートジオールを含み、
前記環状構造を有するシロキサンは、酸素原子及びケイ素原子で構成された八員環(octatomic ring)を含むことを特徴とする自己修復樹脂組成物
(式(I)中、R1は第1のイソシアネートで形成され、R2は第2のイソシアネートで形成され、R3は下記式(II)に示す基であり(式(II)中、n1は3~50の整数であり、n2は3~50の整数である)、xは3~50の整数であり、yは3~50の整数であり、mは3~50の整数である)。
- 前記環状構造を有するシロキサンは、ビス(ヘプタメチルシクロテトラシロキサニル)エタン、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、又はそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の自己修復樹脂組成物。
- 前記主樹脂は、ブタンジオール5重量部~20重量部と、ヘキサンジオール10重量部~30重量部と、ポリカーボネートジオール10重量部~30重量部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の自己修復樹脂組成物。
- 前記ジイソシアネートモノマーは、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを含む、請求項1に記載の自己修復樹脂組成物。
- 前記主樹脂は、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート10重量部~40重量部を含む、請求項4に記載の自己修復樹脂組成物。
- 前記自己修復樹脂組成物100重量部に基づいて、前記艶消し剤の添加量は0.1重量部~3重量部である、請求項1に記載の自己修復樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1のイソシアネートは、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート及びイソホロンジイソシアネートからなる群から選択され、
前記第2のイソシアネートは、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート及びイソホロンジイソシアネートからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の自己修復樹脂組成物。 - レザーレイヤーと、
前記レザーレイヤーに設置された自己修復フィルム層と、を備え、
前記自己修復フィルム層は、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の自己修復樹脂組成物で形成される、人工皮革。 - 前記自己修復フィルム層の厚みは10μm~100μmである、請求項8に記載の人工皮革。
- 前記自己修復フィルム層のヘイズ値は3%~20%である、請求項8に記載の人工皮革。
- 前記レザーレイヤーはポリウレタンレザーレイヤー又はポリ塩化ビニルレザーレイヤーである、請求項8に記載の人工皮革。
